Switch For Front Seat Heater, Removing and Installing

The switches for the front seat heaters are integrated in the A/C control head -E87-.

Instructions for the A/C control head -E87-:

Removing
- Remove radio.







- Remove Hex head screws -A-.
- Remove control panel and display unit -B-.







- Push back connector locks -F- and disconnect harness connectors -A- to -D-.
- Push back connector locks -G- and disconnect harness connector -E- (for the heated rear window).







- To remove the switches for the seat heaters, push the locks -A- back and pull out the switch -B- from the A/C control head.

Installing
- Install in reverse order of removal.


NOTE: The A/C control head is available in various versions as a replacement part (depending on vehicle equipment, e.g. with/without provisions for seat heater switch).
