Automatic Headlight Beam Adjusting, Overview

CAUTION!
Before working on the electrical system:
- Determine the correct coding for the anti-theft radio.
- Disconnect the battery Ground (GND) strap.


NOTE: After reconnecting the battery be sure to reactivate the radio, clock, power windows and engine according to instructions in the Owner's Manual.







1 - High intensity gas discharge (Xenon) headlight with headlight beam adjusting motors -V48/V49
2 - Left front vehicle level sensor -G78
- Located on left trailing arm of front axle
- Removing and installing. Service and Repair
3 - Left rear vehicle level sensor -G76
- Located on rear trailing arm
- Removing and installing. Service and Repair
4 - Headlight beam adjusting control module -J431
- Located under trim of right B-pillar
- Removing and installing. Service and Repair
