Removing And Installing Glued Backrest Heating Element (Solid Backrest)

- Glued-in backrest heating element up to VIN 4BW 092 308 for leather or 4BW 101414 for imitation leather /fabric.







- Remove seat bench.
- Remove fixed backrest.
- Remove backrest cover fabric on side where heating element is to be replaced.
- Cut electrical wire off old heating element - 1 -.
- Glue new heating element onto old one (avoid creasing).
- Insert heating element into folds at locations marked - A -.
- Insert wire - 2 - into slot - B - provided.
