Assembly overview





1 - Self-locking hex nut, 27 Nm
^ Always replace after disassembly
^ first remove air compressor plugs
2 - Air spring
^ Installation
3 - Shock absorber
4 - Clip
5 - Self-locking nut, tighten to 70 Nm tighten another 90°
^ Always replace after disassembly
6 - Washer
7 - Air spring shock absorbers
8 - Hex bolt M 12 x 1.5 x 95
^ Always replace after disassembly
9 - Connection piece
10 - Airline
^ Clip the air lines into markings provided for them.
11 - Connection - piece
12 - Hex bolt, 45 Nm

Bayonet connection must be absolutely clean.
^ Coat rubber sealing rings -1- and -2- with G 052 150 A2 lithium lubricant.





^ Close bayonet connection by simultaneous pressing and turning.
