1) Pay attention to which hydraulic control the transmission has when selecting measuring value block.

Note about DTC 18159 / P1751:

^ Requirement for malfunction recognition: Battery voltage larger than 16 Volts.
^ The battery monitoring differentiates between four ranges: (U = Battery voltage) 1. U < 7 Volts => transmission switches into emergency running mode; 2. 7 Volts < U < 9 Volts => gear is held for approx. 2.5 seconds, if voltage is still in this range, the transmission shifts into emergency running mode; 3. 9 Volts < U < 16 Volts => Voltage is OK; 4. U > 16 Volts => transmission shifts into emergency running mode.
