Installing ribbed belt

Note: Before fitting the ribbed belt ensure that all accessories (generator, air conditioning compressor, vane pump) are properly secured.

- Install ribbed belt.




- Loosen tensioning element for ribbed belt. Pull out punch or conrod support 3090 -arrows-.
- Start engine and check that belt runs properly.

Note: Engines with an air conditioning compressor are fitted with a double ribbed belt.
