If special testing equipment is required during road test, note the following:

WARNING:
- To reduce the risk of accident during road tests, always proceed as follows:
- Use only the VAS 5051 tester or the VAG 1551 Scan Tool (ST) to read measuring value blocks. Always secure scan tool to the rear seat and have operated from there by a second technician.
