1. Power steering gear
2. Expansion hose
3. Return hose
4. Cap with dipstick
5. Hex bolt, 9 Nm
6. Reservoir
^ Fresh fill with hydraulic fluid, Part no. G 002 000
7. Rubber bushing
8. Clamp
^ Tighten using VAG 1275
^ Always replace
9. Return hose
^ Between reservoir and coolant line
10. Clamp
^ Tighten using VAG 1275
^ Always replace
11. Hex bolt, 10 Nm
12. Coolant line
13. Cable tie
14. Clamp
^ Tighten using VAG 1275
^ Always replace
15. Suction hose
16. Clamp
^ Tighten using VAG 1275
^ Always replace
17. Suction hose
^ Install with P mark at pump end
18. Clamp
^ Tighten using VAG 1275
^ Always replace
19. Power steering pump
20. Oil seal
^ Always replace
21. Expansion hose
22. Oil seal
^ Always replace
23. Banjo bolt, 47 Nm
24. Hex bolt, 8 Nm
