- Removing and installing
- Tiptronic Switch consists of 3 camshaft position sensors, which are activated by a magnet on the cross slide masking panel
- if malfunctions occur, check first whether magnet at control slide masking panel -Item 8- is properly secured and replace masking panel if necessary.
7. Guide upper section
- For masking panel
- Separate two halves by carefully levering them apart.
8. Masking panel
- With magnet for Tiptronic switch -F189 on cross slide
9. Guide -lower section
- for masking panel
- Separate two halves by carefully levering them apart.
