Drive Belt: Adjustments

Checking and adjusting alignment of ribbed belt





- Position alignment gauge -3201- on pulley of A/C compressor.
- Pump pulley must be aligned with pulley of A/C compressor.

If the two pulleys are not aligned:
- Unbolt pump pulley.





- Install shims (available as replacement parts) so that both pulleys are aligned.
- Install ribbed belt and remove pin -3204-.
