Electric Lumbar Adjustment, Removing And Installing







1 - Lumbar adjustment unit
- Removing:
- Remove back rest.
- Remove upholstery from rear seatback.
- Disengage loop - 7 -.
- Fold cover - 10 - down.
- Bend open tabs at top - 9 - and bottom.
- Disengage brackets - 8 - and - 5 -.
- Separate bracket - 6 - from lumbar adjustment unit - 1 -.
- Remove spring clip to hinge from transmission of motor for vertical lumbar adjustment.
- Remove spring clip at lumbar adjustment unit - 1 - from shaft - 2 - and remove shaft from lumbar adjustment unit - 1 -.
- Installing:
- Center lumbar adjustment unit - 1 - to mounting strap of rear seatback.







2 - Shaft for lumbar height adjustment
3 - Motor for vertical lumbar adjustment
4 - Motor for lumbar height adjustment
5 - Bracket
6 - Bracket
7 - Loop
- 2x
8 - Bracket
