^ MIL on.

^ Vehicle's top speed may not be reached.

^ In a previous service visit, a single exhaust gas temperature sensor was replaced.

Technical Background

Change to new supplier. If an exhaust gas temperature sensor from the previous supplier is installed in the vehicle with an exhaust gas temperature sensor from the present supplier, the sensors will register different temperature values.

Production Solution

Not applicable.

Service

When replacing an exhaust gas temperature sensor, replace both Bank 1 and Bank 2 sensors at the same time. Single sensor replacements are not allowed.
