- Connect the VAS 5051 tester or VAG 1551 scan tool
- Select the control module for engine electronics using address word 01.

- Press button -1 - twice for the "Login procedure" function and confirm input by pressing the -Q- button.

- Press buttons -1-, -1-, -4-, -6- and -3- to select code number 11463. Press -Q- button to confirm input.
