Hydraulic Control Unit and Bracket, Specifications

1. Hydraulic control unit
^ Hydraulic pump - V64, hydraulic control module - N55 and control module - J104 make up the hydraulic control unit.
^ A = 130 mm (ITT Mark 20 IE ABS/EDL)
2. Brake line,
Tighten to 15 Nm
^ Between brake master cylinder/pressure rod piston circuit and hydraulic unit
3. Brake line,
Tighten to 15 Nm
^ Between brake master cylinder/float piston circuit and hydraulic unit
4. Connection for brake line,
Tighten to 15 Nm
^ Hydraulic unit to brake caliper, front right
5. Connection for brake line,
Tighten to 15 Nm
^ Hydraulic unit to brake caliper, rear left
6. Connection for brake line,
Tighten to 15 Nm
^ Hydraulic unit to brake caliper, rear right
7. Connection for brake line
Tighten to 15 Nm
^ Hydraulic unit to brake caliper, front left
8. Multi-pin connector/control module
^ 25 - pin
^ Do not disconnect connector before completing On Board Diagnostic.
^ Before disconnecting connector, switch off ignition.
9. Hex nut, self-locking,
Tighten to 20 Nm
10. Bracket
11. Fitting bolt,
Tighten to 8 Nm
12. Cap nut,
Tighten to 20 Nm
