Removing





- Remove noise insulation in the center and on left side - arrows -.





- Unscrew nut on connecting link from left end of anti - roll bar. - Remove upper nut on left suspension ball joint.
- Apply ball joint splitter as shown in illustration and press out ball joint.

Notes: To protect the thread, leave the nut screwed a few turns on the ball joint thread.





- Turn the steering wheel all the way to the right.
- Unbolt left drive axle at transmission, move clear and tie up
- Place container under the transmission.

- Remove cone head bolt for drive flange (counterhold with drift).
- Pull out drive flange together with spring.
- Lever out oil seal with a suitable lever.

Installing





Installation is carried out in the reverse order, when doing this note the following:
- Drive in new oil seal onto stop using special tool 3339. Keep the seal straight when installing.
- Fill space between sealing lip and dust lip with multi - purpose grease.
- Press drive flange in firmly to overcome spring and secure with cone head bolt.
- Install suspension ball joint and coupling link:
- Check oil in transmission with bevel box.
