Fuel Rail With Injectors, Disassembling And Assembling







NOTE: To prevent damage to the catalytic converter, the fuel system must be bled after work is performed on fuel rail or on fuel lines. Vehicle must only be started after bleeding.

1 - Hex head bolt - 10 Nm.
2 - Protective cap.
3 - Bracket.
- Ensure it is positioned correctly on injector and fuel rail.
4 - Intake manifold.
- With Throttle Valve Control Module -J338-.
- With Intake Air Temperature (IAT) Sensor -G42-.
5 - Insert for injector - 3 Nm.
- Install with locking fluid D 000 600 A2.
6 - O-ring.
- Replace.
- Moisten with clean engine oil.
7 - Fuel injectors.
- Cylinder 1 -N30-.
- Cylinder 2 -N31-.
- Cylinder 3 -N32-.
- Cylinder 4 -N33-.
8 - O-ring.
- Replace.
- Moisten with clean engine oil.
9 - Fuel feed line.
- Tighten to 25 Nm
10 - Fuel rail.
11 - Connector.
- For injectors.
- 4 pieces.
