Side Window, Adjusting

Special tools and workshop equipment required
- V.A.G 1739
- Side trim removed
- Rear seat bench removed


NOTE: By turning the adjustment bolt -2- in or out, the window regulators -4-can be adjusted in direction of arrow.







- Adjust the side window with the convertible top closed by slightly loosening the collar nuts -3- and rotating the collar bolts -2- in the welded nut -1- using V.A.G 1739.
- The side window must fully slide into the convertible top window seal.

- Tighten the collar nuts and collar bolts to 20 Nm.
