Input shaft, pinion, hollow shaft, selector rods, transmission cover and Torsion differential housing, removing and installing

^ Disassembling and assembling

^ Servicing mounting for input shaft
3 - Selector rod with 3rd and 4th gear selector fork
^ Disassembling and assembling
^ Replacing mounting bushings
4 - Left stop bolt - 40 Nm
5 - Damping washer
6 - Guide shaft
^ Installation position
7 - Damping washer
8 - Right stop bolt - 40 Nm
9 - Selector shaft
^ Installation position
^ Replacing oil seal for selector shaft
10 - Detent segment
^ Installation position
11 - TORX bolt, 25 Nm
^ With collar for securing spring of detent segment
12 - Selector rod with selector fork for 1st/2nd/5th and reverse gears
^ Disassembling and assembling
^ Removing and installing ball sleeves
13 - Pinion with hollow shaft
^ Disassembling and assembling
^ Adjusting

^ Removing and installing oil drain plug

^ Removing and installing with transmission installed

Removing
- Turn oil drain plug -arrow- and pull out.

Installing
- Push oil drain plug into transmission cover until catch engages.
^ Installation position: Oil drain plug faces upward in transmission cover
