Outside Rear View Mirror Housing, Removing And Installing







1 - Mirror housing

- Removing:
- Remove bolts - 4 - from cover trim - 3 - and remove them downward.
- Release housing from locking tabs on mirror adjusting unit and remove it upward.

- Installing
- Position mirror housing onto mirror adjusting unit - 2 - from above.
- While doing so, locking tabs - arrows -in mirror adjusting unit must engage above and below.

2 - Mirror adjusting unit
3 - Lower trim strip.
4 - Combination bolts
- 1 Nm







Lower mirror locking tab
- When installing, locking tab (- arrow A -) of mirror adjusting unit - 2 - must be inserted into mirror housing catches - 1 - in - direction of arrow -.
