A/C Coupler O-ring: Service and Repair

NOTES:
- Use O-rings only once and always replace.
- Handle the O-rings only in a clean working environment.
- Lubricate the O-rings with refrigerant (PAG) oil before installing.
- Always make sure to properly install the O-rings on line/component mounting flanges/grooves.
- Use only O-rings that are resistant to refrigerant R134a and refrigerant oil. These O-rings are color-coded to avoid confusion (currently red, light purple and dark purple).
- In addition to the color-coded O-rings, black O-rings are also used in production for certain connections.





Dimensions -a- and -b- vary depending on the installation location.
