Fuel Gauge Sender, Removing And Installing

Removing
- Remove fuel delivery unit.







- Release connectors -1- and -2- and disconnect.
- Carefully lift retaining lugs -3- and -4- using a screwdriver and pull fuel gauge sender off towards bottom -arrow-.

Installing
Install in reverse sequence; note the following points:
- Insert fuel gauge sender into the guides on fuel delivery unit and press upward until it clicks into place.
- Connect connector tabs of wiring and check they have engaged properly.
- Install fuel delivery unit.
