Window Regulator Switch, Removing And Installing


NOTE:
- The driver's side window regulator switch is depicted in the illustration.
- Passenger's side window regulator switch is removed in the same manner.


Removing







- Position a flat screwdriver at the armrest hole as depicted in the illustration.
- Press back retaining tab of window regulator switch -arrow- and remove switch upward from armrest.
- Disconnect connector.







- Carefully release catches -arrows- using a small screwdriver.
- Remove window regulator switch -1- downward from switch mount -2-.

Installing
Installation is reverse of removal, paying attention to the following:
- Press window regulator switch into switch mount until catches engage.

Door contact switch, removing and installing
The door contact switch is located in the door lock and cannot be replaced individually when faulty.
- Replacing front door lock.
