Stabilizer Bar: Service and Repair

Stabilizer bar, removing and installing

Removing
- Remove engine noise insulation.





- Unscrew bolt -2-.





- Unscrew hex nuts -2-.
- Remove stabilizer bar.

Installing

Note:
^ If stabilizer bar is replaced, pay attention to suspension version.
^ Stabilizer bar and bushing must be free of grease.





- Screw in nuts -2-.





- Tighten bolt -2-.
Tightening torque: 40 Nm plus additional 90° turn
Use new bolts.





- Tighten nuts -2-.
Tightening torques: Hex nuts -2-, 25 Nm (always replace)
- Install engine noise insulation.
