Drive chain or chain tensioner for oil pump, removing and installing
Removing
^ Remove oil pan (upper part).
^ Remove front sealing flange.





^ Unscrew bolts -4- and remove chain tensioner -3- from front sealing flange -1 -
^ Remove chain from drive chain gear.

Installing





^ Replace O-ring -2-.
^ Bolt in chain tensioner -3- with bolts -4- (with washers) to front sealing flange -1 -





^ Unscrew locking bolt from adjustment hole -3-.
^ Press chain tensioner -1- in direction of arrow until a drill bit diameter 3 mm -2- can be slid into the alignment hole of sealing flange and chain tensioner.
^ Install .
^ Remove oil pan (upper part).





Tightening torque
