EVAP Canister And Leak Detection Pump (LDP), Hose Diagram (4-cylinder Engines)







1 - Check-valve
- Installation position (light/dark side): Arrow on valve points in direction of flow, as shown in figure.
2 - Evaporative Emission (EVAP) Canister Purge Regulator Valve -N80-
- Installation location: right-front in engine compartment.
3 - Ventilation line
- From EVAP canister to Evaporative Emission (EVAP) Canister Purge Regulator Valve -N80-
- Installation position: right side, beneath vehicle floor
- Secured to fuel tank in fuel tank area.
4 - Ventilation line
- To gravity valve on fuel tank.
5 - EVAP canister
- Installation location: Bottom of spare tire well.
6 - Connection hose
- Leak Detection Pump (LDP) to EVAP canister.
- Pressure side.
7 - Air filter housing
- For Leak detection pump (LDP) -V144-
8 - Leak detection pump (LDP) -V144-
- Installation location: Under wheel housing liner in rear left wheel housing
9 - Vacuum line
- Leak Detection Pump (LDP)/throttle valve control module
10 - Check valves
- Installation position (light/dark side): Arrow on valve points in direction of flow, as shown in figure.
11 - T-piece
- Installation location, see Fig. 1
12 - Throttle Valve Control Module -J338-
