2-wheel air suspension, charging system
If the shock absorber, air spring or air line is replaced (or air pressure released) system must be re-charged.
Vehicle must not stand on wheels until the system has been filled (if a repair was performed on the spring system beforehand), otherwise the air spring may be damaged!
^ Raise vehicle (fully extend rear axle suspension).
^ Make sure there are no folds in air springs.
^ Use final control diagnosis function to charge air springs.
^ Check that there are no leaks in the system.
^ Make sure the installed air springs/suspension struts are correctly seated.
^ Lower vehicle.
^ Check level, set if necessary.
