Sensor for transverse acceleration -G200- and sender for rotation rate -G202- for Bosch 5.7, removing and installing

Note: Sender for rotation rate -G202- is installed in a joint housing with Sensor for transverse acceleration -G200-.

Removing
- For vehicles equipped with coded anti-theft radio, note radio code, obtain if necessary.
- Removing rear seat





The sender for rotation rate -G202- and the sensor for transverse acceleration are located under the rear seat bench.
It measures the vehicle's rotation about the vertical axis (yaw rate).
- Disconnect connector for ESP sensor

CAUTION: The sensor is sensitive to impact. If the sensor has been dropped by mistake it may not work properly and must not be installed into the vehicle. Do not use the sensor again.

Tightening torque of screws 5 Nm.

Installing
The remaining installation steps are carried out in the reverse sequence:
- Installing rear seat
- Enter radio code.
