Contact Corrosion

Contact corrosion can occur if inappropriate connecting elements (bolts, nuts, washers, etc.) are used.

For this reason, only connecting elements with a special surface coating are installed. These elements are distinguished by their greenish hue.

Furthermore, all rubber, plastic and adhesive materials used are non - conductive.

If you have doubts about the reusability of parts, it is generally better to install new parts.

CAUTION:
- Only use original Audi A8 parts.
- Additional equipment must be authorized by Audi AG.
- Damage via contact corrosion is not covered by warranty.
