Seat Memory ON/OFF Button, Removing And Installing

Removing

CAUTION:
- Switch off all electrical consumers.
- Switch ignition off and remove ignition key.

- Remove front door trim:
- Remove insulation mat from door trim.







- Remove screws -arrows-.
- Remove speaker panel.







- Disconnect electrical connector.1-.
- Remove screws -arrows- and remove storage compartment from door trim.







- Using a socket head wrench, remove pin -1- for storage compartment locking operation and pin -2- for stop.
- Repeat procedure on the opposite side of storage compartment.
- Open storage compartment.







- Remove switch cover -1- -arrows-.







- Lift rear switch cover -arrow 1- and pull off toward interior of storage compartment -arrow 2-.
- Disconnect electrical connector.







- Disengage seat memory ON/OFF button at left and right and press it toward rear from switch mount in storage compartment (arrow).
- Disconnect electrical connector -1-.

Installing
Install in reverse order of removal.
- Press switch into switch mount until catches engage.
