Vibration damper to crankshaft sprocket 22 Nm

Front Sealing flange to cylinder block 14 Nm 1)
1) Bolt strength rating 10.9

Front sealing flange to upper section of sump 14 Nm

Pre-tension toothed belt by turning eccentric wheel in direction of arrow using tensioner wrench T40009 and V.A.G 1783 with reversible ratchet VAS 5122. Apply torque and hold.
Pre-tensioning torque 6 Nm

Tighten eccentric wheel.
Tightening torque 45 Nm
