Observe notes on contact corrosion. Refer to => [ Contact Corrosion ] Service Precautions.

Rear Interior/Reading Lamps with Rear Roof Module Control Head, through 08.07

Special tools, testers and auxiliary items required

• Pry lever (80 - 200)

Removing





- Use (80 - 200) to carefully pry off cover of interior lamp/reading lamp as shown.

- Insert (80 - 200) between housing of interior lamp/reading lamp and mounting frame in headliner as shown.





- Release retainer tabs - arrows - and take rear interior lamp/reading lamp downwards out of opening in headliner.

- Press retainer tab - 1 - at multi-pin connector.





- Unclip securing bracket of connectors - arrow - and disconnect connectors.

Installing

Install in reverse order of removal, observing the following:

- Insert rear interior lamp/reading lamp into roof trim and clip in.
