1. Metal valve body
^ Only install valve listed in parts catalog
^ Is delivered assembled
^ Replace valve insert every time tire is changed
2. Valve insert
3. Sealing ring
4. Rim
^ Mounting and removing tires => Fig. 1 and => Fig. 2.
5. Wheel electronics
^ Battery service life approximately 7 years
^ Remaining service life can be read via diagnosis
^ Must always be replaced completely
=> Vehicle diagnostic, testing and information system VAS 5051 in the "Guided fault-finding" function
6. Micro-encapsulated bolt (Torx T20)
^ Tightening torque 4 Nm
^ Always replace bolt
7. Union nut
^ Tightening torque 4 Nm
8. Chamfered washer

Roll or press off tires
When using removing blades first press off tire on opposite side of valve.
Do not use removing blades in shaded area -a-.
^ Position puller knob in vicinity of valve so that the tire lever can be positioned approximately 30 degrees -b- next to the valve.
^ Then pull off the tire in the valve area first.

Do not use removing blades in valve area.
^ Position wheel electronics approximately 180 degrees opposite puller knob.
^ Press tire into the drop center rim approximately 90 degrees in front of puller knob (see arrow).
^ Mount tires.
