Level control system control module -J197-, removing and installing

Removing
^ If the control module is to be replaced, in the "Guided fault-finding" select the "Replace" function of the relevant control module.
Use vehicle diagnostic, testing and information system VAS 5051 for this purpose.

Note: The level control system control module -J197- is installed behind the glove box on the bulkhead.

^ Removing glove compartment.
^ Remove air duct in front of control unit.





^ Release the connector -1- from the control module in the direction of the arrow and detach.
^ Remove control unit -2-.

Installing
Installation is in reverse order. Note the following:
^ Perform the adaptation procedure for level control system control module -J197-.
