Compressor Unit Component Location

Tighten all plastic connections to 2 Nm.

The plastic air connections must be bolted in between markings on air hose




1 - Electrical Connection, Compressor Drive

2 - Intake/Drain Line

3 - Air Drier

4 - Level Control Pump Temperature Sensor (G290)

5 - Auxiliary Noise Damper

6 - Valve Unit with Level Control Pressure Sensor ( G291)

- The left front strut valve, right front strut valve, left rear strut valve, right rear strut valve and level control accumulator valve are combined in one unit.

- Tightening specification, bolt in the center of the valve unit between the connections: 4 Nm.

- Mounting, valve bloc to base plate: 3.5 Nm.

11 - Pressure Line, 2 Nm

12 - Connection Compressor Pressure Line
- Color marking: black.

13 - Connection, Left Front Strut
- Color marking: red.

14 - Connection, Pressure Reservoir
- Color marking: yellow.

15 - Connection, Right Rear Strut
- Color marking: blue.

16 - Connection, Left Rear Strut
- Color marking: gray.

17 - Connection, Right Front Strut
- Color marking: green.
