- Cannot replace individually
- Clean if dirty
3 Fuel pump delivery module
- Can only be replaced as a unit together with closing flange
- Fuel pump electrically checking
- Delivery rate checking
- Pressure checking
4 Closing flange
- Not available as replacement part
- Installation position: Observe marking of arrow
5 Fuel return line
- From engine
- Mark line before disconnecting
- Observe marking of arrow on closing flange
6 Fuel supply line
- To fuel filter
- Mark line before disconnecting
- Observe marking of arrow on closing flange
7 Seal
- Always replace
- When installing fit seal fry into opening of fuel tank
8 Union nut
- 80 Nm (59 ft lb)
- Use 3217 ring nut spanner to remove and install
9 Harness connector
- For fuel pump module and sender for fuel gauge
- To disengage, See Fig. 1
10 O-Rings
- Always replace
- Check installation position
11 Return line
- Disconnect when removing fuel delivery module
12 Accumulator housing
- With suction pump
- Displayed in Fig. without fuel tank
