Mode 1: Check Measured Values

Mode 1: Check Measured Values

In this diagnostic mode, all emissions-relevant measured values are displayed.

Test requirement:
- Coolant temperature at least 80 degrees C

Procedure
- Connect diagnostic tester.
- In diagnostic function "33. OBD", select "Mode 1: Check measuring values".
- Select the desired measured value according to the PID (Parameter Identification), e.g. "PID 05 - Coolant temperature", via the following table.

NOTE:
- Specified values assigned to the measuring values are found in the corresponding component- and function tests.
- Measuring values of Engine Control Module (ECM) are displayed under "10 -Engine electronics" and measuring values of Transmission Control Module (TCM) are displayed under "1A - Transmission electronics".
