Tank Flap, Removing And Installing

Special tools and equipment







- Special tool 3370

Removing







- Unscrew the 3 bolts indicated by arrows.
- When installing tank flap, tighten bolts to 4 Nm.
- Lift tank flap out of body vertically using special tool 3370.







- Remove screws -arrows- securing release cable.

Installing
Installation is carried out in the reverse order. When doing this, note the following:







- To avoid kinking overflow hose, install rubber cup as follows:
- Edge of overflow hole must be aligned with edge of square hole, as shown in illustration -arrows-.
