Refrigerant Pipes On Compressor, Removing And Installing

- Discharge refrigerant circuit.







- Remove screws -A-, tightening torque 20 Nm (15 ft lb).
- Renew O-rings -B- (10.8 mm; 1.8 mm) and -D- (14.3 mm; 2.4 mm).

NOTE:
- Refrigerant pipe -C- goes to the condenser.
- Refrigerant pipe -E- comes from the expansion valve.
- When installing the refrigerant pipe, make sure that spring pins -F- are properly positioned.
- Seal off all open refrigerant pipes and connections on compressor.
