Airbag Adapter VAS 6036, Connecting







NOTE: The mechanic must electrostatically discharge him/herself before disconnecting ignition and ground (GND) wires (briefly touch closing wedge for door or body).

CAUTION: The airbag adapter VAS 6036 must remain connected to the seat until the seat is reinstalled.







1. Seat connector power supply connector (red)
2. Airbag adapter power supply connector (red)
3. Airbag adapter connector (yellow)
4. Airbag connector (yellow)
- Disconnect ignition and Ground (GND) wires.
- Connect airbag connector - 4 - to airbag adapter connector - 3 -.
- If present: Connect the airbag adapter power supply connector - 2 - to the seat connector power supply connector - 1 -.
