Metal Valve Body

Metal valve body, removing and installing

Special tools, testers and auxiliary items required

Torque wrench V.A.G 1410:

- Push metal valve with rubber seal through rim from inside.
- Install chamfered washer and union nut from outside and tighten.





- Use a suitable tool - 1 - (e.g. diameter 2 mm drill bit) to prevent turning.





- Press wheel electronics - 1 - into well base and screw to back of valve with micro-encapsulated bolt.
