Sealing flanges and flywheel/drive plate, removing and installing
Note:
^ Servicing clutch:
^ Observe clutch removal instructions
1. 15 Nm
2. Oil seal
^ Replace Crankshaft seal - ribbed belt side, replacing
^ Do not oil
3. Sealing flange, front
^ Must be located on dowel sleeves
^ To remove and install, remove oil pan
4. Cylinder block
^ Piston and connecting rod, disassembling and assembling
5. 60 Nm plus an additional 90° 1/4 turn
^ Replace
6. Dual-mass flywheel/drive plate
^ Dual-mass flywheel, removing and installing
^ Drive plate, removing and installing
^ Only possible to install in one position - Bores are offset
7. Intermediate plate
^ Must be located on dowel sleeves
^ Do not damage or bend when doing assembly work
^ Is hooked in at sealing flange
8. 15 Nm
9. Sealing flange with rear oil seal
^ Only replaced as complete unit
^ To install, use provided guide sleeve
^ To remove and install, remove oil pan
^ Do not oil or grease sealing lip of oil seal
^ Before installing, remove oil remains from crankshaft journal with a clean cloth
^ Guide sleeve may only be removed after sealing flange has been slid onto crankshaft pin.
Installing intermediate plate
