High Intensity Gas Discharge (HID) Lamp Control Module J343 / J344, Removing And Installing - From 11.04

CAUTION:
- HIGH VOLTAGE!
- Always disconnect negative (-) battery terminal prior to working on parts of HID headlamp components marked with yellow "HIGH VOLTAGE" warning symbols.

Removing
- Remove headlamp.







- Remove screws - arrows -.
- Remove control module -1 - from headlamp housing.







- Disconnect adapter cable - 2 - for HID headlamp bulb at control module -1 -.

Installing
Install in reverse order of removal, noting the following:
- Check gasket between control module for HID headlamp bulb and headlamp housing.
- Install headlamp.
