ATF lines, removing and installing, (vehicles with 6 cyl. engine)





Notes:
^ Place V.A.G 1306 drip tray underneath.

1 - Bolt (21 Nm)
^ Insert line until impact by hand before tightening

2 - Oil line to cooler
^ Note marking on transmission housing
^ Note color identification (arrow)

3 - Oil line from cooler
^ Note marking on transmission housing
^ Note color identification (arrow)

4 - O-ring
^ Apply ATF when inserting
^ Always replace





5 - O-ring
^ Apply ATF when inserting
^ Always replace

6 - Bolt (5 Nm)
^ Insert line until impact by hand before tightening

7 - O-ring
^ Apply ATF when inserting
^ Always replace

8 - Union nut - 29 Nm
9 - Bracket
10 - Bolt (5 Nm)
11 - Double bolt - 10 Nm
12 - Bracket
13 - Combination nut - 10 Nm
14 - Clamp
15 - Combination nut - 5 Nm
