- Installed position / check requirements
- After installing, check electrical connection of metal ring at fuel filler tube to a bare area of chassis using Ohm meter - Specified value: approx. 0 ohm

- To remove, press release ring on EVAP canister

Installation position of Ground (GND) connection
- Route Ground (GND) connection as shown in figure.
- First hook Ground (GND) connection contact - 1 - into securing hole on fuel tank - 5 - and then press in spacer bushing - 2 - .
- Make sure connector of Ground (GND) connection - 4 - fits securely at metal ring - 3 - of fuel filler tube.

CAUTION:
After installing, check electrical connection of metal ring at fuel filler tube to a blank portion of chassis using Ohm meter:
- Specification: approx. 0 Ohm.
