Longitudinal Member Trim, RS 6





1 Bolt

• 1.3 Nm

2 Front bracket

3 Clip

4 Rear bracket

5 Bolt

• 1.3 Nm

6 Sill panel cover

• Remove the screws at the top and on the bottom of the trim panel and remove it from the sill panel.

• Remove any adhesive on the bottom of the side panel and clean the surface with cleaning solution (D 009 401 04).

• Peel off the protective foil from the two-sided tape and apply it to the bottom of the side panel.

7 End cap

Remove the end flap





- Detach the wheel housing liner near the threaded connection and fold it back.

- Remove the screws on the end cap and remove them from the fender.

- Tighten the screws - 1 - and - 4 - to 2 Nm when installing the end cap - 2 -

- Tighten the screw - 3 - to 1.3 Nm.
