1 Lower Seat Frame

• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Seat Pan ] Seat Pan

2 Flap with Air Cushion For Right Seat Bolster Inflation Adjustment

• disengage => [ Disengaging flap with air cushion for seat
bolster inflation adjustment ]

3 Seat Pan Cushion

4 Seat Pan Cover

Removing

- Remove the seat. Refer to => [ Seat ] Seat.

- Remove seat pan. Refer to => [ Seat Pan ] Seat Pan.

- Remove Velcro fastener on left and right from rear seat cover.

- Pry grip channel at edge of seat cover - 4 - all around out of guide at seat pan - 1 -.

- Carefully loosen seams of seat pan cover from Velcro fastener at seat pan cushion - 3 -.

- Remove seat cover.

Installation

To install, perform the steps used in removal in reverse order.

5 Y-connector

• Connects both pneumatic hoses to seat bolster inflation adjustment

6 Flap with Air Cushion For Left Seat Bolster Inflation Adjustment

• Disengage => [ Disengaging flap with air cushion for seat
bolster inflation adjustment ]

- Remove flap - 2 - with air cushion for seat bolster inflation adjustment from retaining bracket - 3 - of seat pan - arrow -.

- Disconnect the pneumatic hose - 1 - to the seat bolster adjuster at the Y-connector.

- Remove flap with air cushion for seat bolster inflation adjustment.
