Coolant Hose Connection Diagram





1 Radiator

• Replace the coolant after replacing.

2 Oil Filter Housing

• With the oil cooler.

• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Oil Filter Housing ] Oil Filter Housing.

3 Generator

• Liquid cooled.

4 Bleed Screw

• In the hose to the pump valve unit.

5 Right Air Conditioning Heater Core

• Replace the coolant after replacing.

6 Pump Valve Unit

7 Left Air Conditioning Heater Core

• Replace the coolant after replacing.

8 Bleed Screw

• In the hose from the pump valve unit.

9 Automatic Transmission Fluid Oil Cooler

10 Expansion Tank

• With sealing cap.

• Checking the pressure relief valve in the cap, refer to => [ Pressure Relief Valve in Cap, Checking ] Cooling System, Checking For Leaks.

11 Cylinder Head/Cylinder Block

• Replace the coolant after replacing.

12 Coolant Pump

• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Coolant Pump ] Coolant Pump.

13 Coolant Thermostat

• Removing and installing, Refer to => [ Coolant Thermostat ] Coolant Thermostat.

• Checking, Refer to => [ Thermostat, Checking ] Testing and Inspection.
