1. Mount
- For fuel delivery unit
2. Sender for fuel gauge -G-
- Black
- Clipped in on mount -Item 1-
- Checking resistance values.
3. Left fuel delivery unit
- With Fuel Pump (FP) -G6-
- Clipped in on mount -Item 1-
- Various versions, allocation.
- Fuel Pump (FP) electrical testing
- Checking residual pressure.
4. Fuel delivery line
- From suction jet pump, right side
- Clipped in on fuel delivery unit -Item 3-
5. Fuel supply line
- Connector coupling is located on right side of fuel tank
- To disconnect, press release button on connection piece
6. Fuel return line
- Connector coupling is located on right side of fuel tank
- To disconnect, press release button on connection piece
7. Locking ring
- Use ring nut spanner 3087 to remove and install
- Tighten to 120 Nm
8. Left connector flange
- Installation position See Fig. 1
9. Seal
- Always replace
- To install, place into opening of fuel tank when dry
10. Fuel Supply Sensor 3 -G237-
- Gray
- Clipped in on fuel delivery unit -Item 3-
- Checking resistance values.

- Insert new, dry seal for connector flange into opening of fuel tank.
- Insert connector flange in fuel tank, note installation position:

The tab -2- on connector flange must lie between tabs -1- and -3- on fuel tank.
