BANG and OLUFSEN Speakers in Doors

Removing Left Front Midrange Speaker

• Left Front Midrange Speaker (R103)/Right Front Midrange Speaker (R104) are installed in housing of Left Front Bass Speaker (R21)/Right Front Bass Speaker (R23) and cannot be replaced separately. When replacing, Left Front Bass Speaker (R21)/Right Front Bass Speaker (R23) must be replaced.

Removing Cover of Left Front Midrange Speaker

- Remove left front bass speaker.

Cover - 1 - is attached to three plastic studs of the door trim - 2 -.





- Remove cover - 1 - from door trim - 2 -.

Removing Left Front Bass Speaker

• Removal and installation of left front bass speaker (R21) and right front bass speaker (R23) are identical.

- Switch off all electrical consumers.

- Remove the key.

- Remove front door trim.

- Disconnect the connector - 2 - on the left front bass speaker - 1 -.





- Remove screws - arrows - (4 Nm).

- Remove left front bass speaker - 1 - from door.

Installing

- Install in reverse order.

Removing Cover of Left Front Bass Speaker

- Remove left front bass speaker.

- Remove bolts - arrows - (2 Nm) on cover - 1 -.





- Remove cover - 1 - from door trim - 2 -.

Removing Left Rear Treble Speaker

• Removal and installation of Left Rear Treble Speaker (R14) and Right Rear Treble Speaker (R16) are identical.

- Switch off all electrical consumers.

- Remove the key.

- Remove rear door trim.

- Disconnect the connector - 1 - from the left rear treble speaker - 2 -.





- Press catches in - direction of arrow -.

- Pull off left rear treble speaker - 2 - from door trim.

Installing

- Install in reverse order.

Removing Left Rear Mid/Low Range Speaker

• Removal and installation of Left Rear Mid/Low Range Speaker (R159) and Right Rear Mid/Low Range Speaker (R160) are identical.

- Switch off all electrical consumers.

- Remove the key.

- Remove rear door trim.

- Disconnect the connector - 1 - on the left rear mid/low range speaker - 2 -.





- Remove screws - arrows - (4 Nm).

- Remove left rear mid/low range speaker - 2 - from door.

Installing

- Install in reverse order.
