Brake Fluid Level Sensor/Switch: Service and Repair

Brake Pressure Sensor 1

Removing

• Protect engine compartment from escaping brake fluid.

- Remove power steering fluid reservoir bolt - 1 - and remove sideways from rubber bushing.





- Tightening specification: 6 Nm

- Disconnect connector - 1 -.





- Remove brake pressure sensor - 4 -.





Installing

Further installation is in the reverse sequence to removal.

- Bleed brake system. Refer to => [ Brake System, Bleeding ] Brake System, Bleeding.

- Perform ESP road test via the Guided Fault Finding with the Vehicle Diagnosis, Testing and Information System (VAS 505x).
